Visiting the yard
202 Kentucky St, Shelbyville, KY 40065
Trucks stage here around the clock. It's a working yard rather than a storefront, so give us a call before you set out — we'll confirm your vehicle is on site and tell you where to pull in.
Before you set out
- Call and ask whether your vehicle is back at the yard yet.
- Have the plate number and the make and model ready.
- Ask which gate to come to — trucks move around the yard.
Bring with you
- Photo ID for whoever is collecting the vehicle.
- Registration or proof of insurance.
- Every set of keys you have.
- Anything personal left inside — take it with you.
Someone else collecting?
- Send them with their own photo ID.
- Call us first so we know to expect them.
- Tell us who's coming and roughly when.
Dispatch runs open 24 hours, 7 days a week — visiting is by arrangement, so a quick call saves you a wasted trip.
